How can I contact Dogs Naturally about my subscription?

What is the subscription mailing schedule?
You should be aware that Dogs Naturally is on a different mailing schedule than many other publications. Rather than mailing at the beginning of the month prior to the cover date (for example, the first week of January for the February issue), we mail on the 1st of each month (for example, January 1st for the January issue). This means you will receive your magazines within the issue month.
When does my subscription expire?
You can tell how many issues are remaining in your Dogs Naturally subscription by checking the first line of your mailing label.
I will be moving soon; when should I write to inform you?
We need at least eight weeks’ notice to ensure uninterrupted service of your Dogs Naturally subscription. Please be sure to give us both your old address (exactly as it appears on your magazine label) and your new address when making an address change.
How long does it take for a change of address to take effect?
We will make the address change for the next possible mailing of the magazine. Our mailing list closes on the 1st of each month; so, for example, the mailing list for the March issue closes on February 1st. If we receive your change of address on February 12th, it would not go into effect until the May issue mailing.
What should I do if my magazine is late or is damaged?
If you live in the USA and your issue is late, we ask that you wait until the 15th of any month before requesting a replacement copy. Dogs Naturally is mailed from Idaho via periodicals mail around the 1st of each month. The US Post Office does not guarantee the delivery of periodicals mail within a given number of days. Delivery time depends on where in the USA the magazine is being delivered, and mail volume at processing offices between the point of mailing and point of delivery. Delivery normally takes between 7 and 14 business days. For addresses in Hawaii and Puerto Rico, part of the delivery takes place via mail boat and can take four weeks or more. Delivery times vary to different zip codes even within the same city. If you live in Canada, we ask that you wait until the end of the month before requesting a replacement copy. If your issue hasn’t arrived by the appropriate date, then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org confirming the mailing address for your subscription and requesting a replacement copy. If you experience delivery delays in subsequent months, let us know so that we can request that the post office place a Periodicals Watch on your subscription to track down the source of the problem.

Can I get back issues of Dogs Naturally?
Digital back issues can be purchased. Print back issues are available but we have very limited supplies. Email us for details.

Can I switch my magazine subscription to a print edition subscription?

How can I cancel my subscription?
